About Vivara Care

Our Story

Vivara Care began with a simple observation: too many people across Perth were waiting for care that should feel personal, not transactional. Our founders had spent years working alongside people with disability and older Australians, and they kept seeing the same gap — services that arrived on time but missed the human connection that makes support truly meaningful.

So we started small, with a handful of clients and a simple promise: we would treat every person as we would our own family. That promise shaped everything, from the way we match support workers to clients, to how we listen when a family raises a concern, to the care we take when plans need to change.

Today, Vivara Care supports people across the Perth metropolitan area with daily personal care, domestic assistance, community access, respite support and companionship. We remain proudly family-owned, and we still measure our success the same way we did on day one — by whether the people we support feel safe, respected and in control of their own lives.
